When looking for a company that was able to deliver high quality work, we came across Douglas & Daughter Bespoke Builders, creating a beautiful new home in our village. It was the unique design and quality of the main oak doors that first got us interested.

The brief we gave Mr. Hick was for oak panelling, front door and porch for our home. The design was tailor made and kept in line with the style of our house which is grade 1 listed.

From the first contact we had with Mr. Hick and his employees it became apparent we were dealing with honest and trustworthy individuals, so we felt comfortable leaving our home open to them. They were punctual, very polite and it was a pleasure to have them around.

We feel privileged to have found a builder who can deliver excellent work to a very high standard. Our building is not easy to work in, but their experience showed in the way they married the old work with the new.

The work was completed promptly with no hidden costs or surprises. We personally wouldn't use another builder.
